Short professional biography:

Jeannette Hemmecke works as organizational psychologist with individuals and groups in change processes, team and organizational development, conflict and knowledge management. She teaches at several universities in undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate programmes.

She holds a diploma in psychology (equivalent to a master’s degree) from the University of Leipzig (Germany) and a PhD in organizational psychology from the University of Vienna. Besides her academic education she qualified as a certified organization developer, as a conflict mediator in organizations, and a solution-focussed counsellor and consultant.

Before founding her own business in organizational psychology, she lead and worked in international and interdisciplinary research projects on organizational learning, knowledge creation and social competence. For more than five years she gathered experience as fulltime professor for knowledge communications at the School of Informatics, Communications and Media at the University of Applied Sciences Upper.
