The global economy refers to the exchange of goods and services integrated within a huge single global market. This module analyzes the key factors that affect a nation’s competitive position by investigating the economic forces that drive trade integration and how globalization is changing the macroeconomic scenario.
Strategic Management is an important concept for managers, decision-makers and entrepreneurs. This module examines how a business views itself overall and within the context of its environment, as well as giving insight into managing business conduct and projects proactively, with a focus on long-term strategy, incorporating factors such as the competition and market shifts into decision-making, creating a competitive advantage for the company, and resolving organizational problems.
The module will help participants to learn new methodologies and approaches to Project Management and Operation Management that have been developed in recent years. Whichever method and approach we consider, we can only fully understand it and put it into practice if we have a solid basis of key Project Management and Operations concepts and tools.

The module develops and investigates the current marketing trends and patterns analyzing both the consumer and firm perspectives. From a holistic perspective you will deeply analyze (i) how complexity, globalization, sustainability and digitalization impacts marketing strategies (ii) the driving factors (internal and external) that influence the choices of consumers, (ii) the new paradigm of costumer experience, (iii) the role and the management of innovation.
Digital Marketing and Metrics
The Digital Marketing & Metrics module focuses on the techniques and tools required to reach customers through digital channels, monitoring them through marketing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the measurable values used by marketing teams to show the effectiveness of campaigns across different marketing channels.
Accounting and Budgeting
This module gives students insight into Financial statements, Budgets, Forecasting techniques, Purchasing decisions and Laws that regulate the handing and dissemination of financial information.
Entrepreneurship and Innovation
This module focuses on understanding how entrepreneurs create economic and social value by tapping into new opportunities. In addition, the module explores entrepreneurial approaches related to how managers act in the face of complex problems and emerging opportunities. Participants will critically contrast innovation and invention, perceive innovation as incremental change, understand the importance of continuing entrepreneurial personal development and enhancing your mindset, and business planning, as well as learning the concepts of private equity and venture capital.
People and Talent Management
Digital HR is the digital transformation of HR services and processes through the use of social, mobile, analytics and cloud (SMAC) technologies. The module is designed to help students understand how digitization impacts HR Management and how it can help to drive business outcomes in a digital age, giving you an overview of the organizational structure, explaining the different organizational models and behavior within an organization, and change management.
This module is aimed at providing participants with interactive training on the effective structuring, organisation and management of the sales force. At the end of this module participants will understand and implement an effective sales process, understand the role of the company sales force and its importance in the creation of value for customers and in the building of long-lasting and profitable relationships with them. They should also understand the sales force management process and function and identify and understand the benefits of sales and the elements of sales management.
Operations and Performance Management
This module provides the knowledge and methodology to enable participants to understand the nature and importance of Supply Chain Management, Operations and Performance management, analysing how companies can satisfy their customers’ needs by managing the flow of products, information and supply networks. Participants gain insight into the different areas of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement, and Logistics, including SMART targets, metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), etc.
Finance for decision making
The main aspects of the financial decision-making process relate to investments, financing dividends and asset management. We have to define the types of assets that a company must acquire, sell or divest in order to achieve efficient management. This module gives students the opportunity to analyze financial statements and interpret financial information, produce financial reports, assess financial risk and develop risk-reduction strategies, manage budgets and cash flow, and predict future financial trends.
Managerial Data Science & Business Analytics
Data Science methodologies explore historical data, make comparisons with competitors, analyze the market, and ultimately, make recommendations on when and where your product or services will sell best. The module covers two key areas of this field: Data Science for Business Growth, and Big Data and Business Analytics.
Technology and Supply Chain Management
Supply chain management represents the strategic coordination of business functions within a business organization and throughout its supply chain for the purpose of integrating supply and demand management. A challenge of supply chain management is matching variable demand with variability of supply. Supply chain management is focused on shipping and storing inputs and finished goods, and on information handing; purchasing inputs for use in production; coordinating production of goods and services; determining the appropriate levels of inventory; and serving as the linkage between the establishments, suppliers, and customers. Production planning and demand forecasting represent critical elements of supply chain management.

The Future of Business and Distruptive Innovation
This module covers the future of business and the meaning and implications of disruptive innovation, with a special focus on new technologies, Virtual Reality and Design Thinking. Students discover the key aspects of Virtual Reality, hardware and history, different applications, and the psychology and challenges of the medium, as well as the concept of Design Thinking applied to problem-solving.
