  • Work on one of the 2 Business Challenges in line with the Industry, proposed by the Program Director
  • Work on your own Business Challenge, based on companies where students work

Online Learning Methodology

By adhering to the highest standards regarding the teaching methodology, the Master will be taught through interactive lectures, case study analyzes, exercises, discussions, role plays, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions presentation of students. Case studies will be used to generate discussions and illustrate business problems. Students will be encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, through which teachers implement a student-centered approach, involve students and provide activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired.

For this reason, we’ve created a didactic model which founds on 4 key elements:

  • Professors – Every lecture is created and delivered through an online CiscoWebex Platform. Professors have at their disposal discussion forums, chats, emails, whiteboards, audio and video sharing to communicate and work together. As a final step typically includes an exercise or assessment to measure the learning.
  • Live and Interactive – Instructional methods and techniques are used creatively to develop an engaging and motivating learning experience. Plus, every 3 months,  students work on a Business case and have a preliminary live session to discuss the key learning with the Program Director.
  • Practical – All the in-class activities and online learning methods, are further applied into practice through the different assessments, capstone project and in-class activities.
  • Self-Paced – Students are free to learn at their own pace and to define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and on the deadlines for projects assigned. The self-paced methods are applied with the pre-master courses which are pre-recorded and supported by presentations and exercises developed by every course Professor.

Soft skills are the “secret key” of a well-managed workplace and a progressive career path. With the Life & Soft Skills Program, we offer you the opportunity to develop the soft skills necessary for your personal and professional growth.

The Life Soft Skills Program is a path that will lead toward self-discovery, empowerment and reinvention. The program is practice-based consisting of 5 interactive courses, including self-assessment tests, roleplay and quizzes.

Michele Crippa – Professor of the history of Italian cuisine. Diana Lenzi- After a few years as a chef in various restaurants in Rome, out of love and necessity, she took over the management of the Fattoria di Petroio in 2008. Following her mother’s motto: “learn as you go” she threw herself body and soul into the business of managing a wine estate. She follows and directs, with great passion and energy, all phases of both commercial and promotional production, in the vineyards and cellars, she is part of the Women in Wine and Young Agricultural Entrepreneurs organization (ANGA) which works assiduously to complete Petroio as well. . higher levels of excellence in respect of its history and traditions

Veronika Schmid – Veronika started her career as a consultant at IBM (Italy) and has worked in various sectors such as finance, energy, defense and intergovernmental organizations. He founded his own Middle East human resources consulting services provider, focusing on personal skills. Several years ago she moved to Washington D.C. where she graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program and founded 2ndStep focusing on Leadership Coaching. Over the past 15 years, Veronika has been intensely committed to her personal and professional development and has used her vast experience to best serve her clients.

Sonia Massari – Dr. Sonia Massari is the academic director of the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign food studies programs in Rome and director of Gustolab International Food Systems and Sustainability (works in collaboration with 15 US universities and designs and manages food studies programs in Italy, Vietnam and Japan). He is scientific advisor of the Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition Foundation.

Stefano Corsini – has 25 years of experience in the world of Food & Beverage, experience acquired from a passion that eventually turned into a profession. In 1997 he worked as Account Manager in the Italian Sales and Marketing division of Unilever Food Italia.
