Marton Kadocsa

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Corvinus University of Budapest,  with a major in Leadership and Strategic Management (specializing in Controlling),  and with a minor in Sports Management

Short professional biography:

Marton Kadocsa is the Chief of Staff in Nova KBM, one of the largest banks in Slovenia, leading strategic projects for the bank. As a former consultant of Kearney, he developed strategies, business plans and financial plans for banks and other companies in the SEE region and beyond.

Following internships for Deloitte M&A CEE and for the Controlling department of Henkel Belgium, Marton started his career as a consultant for KPMG. At KPMG he was engaged in Corporate Valuations and Restructuring projects in various industries, followed by the development of business plans, financial models and feasibility studies for major players of the Sports Business. From 2015 he worked for Kearney, and as an Engagement Manager he developed strategies, business plans and financial plans for banks and other companies in the SEE region and beyond. Since 2018 he works for Nova KBM, one of the largest banks in Slovenia. As a Chief of Staff, he leads strategic projects for the bank, and he is also involved in various reporting and planning activities of the bank regularly.

In his free time, Marton is a passionate football fan, and a licensed basketball player for 20 years, mostly in Hungarian National Championship, League 2.
