Prerequisites Executive MBA

To ensure a diverse and high-caliber cohort, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Managerial experience: A minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Educational background: A bachelor’s degree.
  • Language: Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

Participants will critically contrast innovation and invention, perceive innovation as incremental change, understand the importance of continuing entrepreneurial personal development and enhancing your mindset, and business planning, as well as learning the concepts of private equity and venture capital.

Supply chain management represents the strategic coordination of business functions within a business organization and throughout its supply chain for the purpose of integrating supply and demand management. A challenge of supply chain management is matching variable demand with variability of supply. Supply chain management is focused on shipping and storing inputs and finished goods, and on information handing; purchasing inputs for use in production; coordinating production of goods and services; determining the appropriate levels of inventory; and serving as the linkage between the establishments, suppliers, and customers. Production planning and demand forecasting represent critical elements of supply chain management.
