The global economy is the exchange of goods and services integrated into a vast, borderless global market. It is a virtual world without boundaries. The purpose of this module is to analyze the key factors influencing the competitive position of a nation by investigating the economic forces driving trade integration and how globalization is changing the macroeconomic landscape. 
After attending the class and studying, students should be able to analyze what determines a nation's competitiveness, understand how global financial markets operate, comprehend the dynamics of globalization and market integration, and understand different perspectives on the European debt crisis

This module aims to share the methodology for developing strategies in any company or organization, whether SMEs or large multinationals. The focus is on developing strategic thinking and a strategic approach to business development to gain a competitive advantage for the company. Examples of strategies, strategic issues, and positive and negative business cases will be shared with students to immerse them in the necessary strategic business approach, which is the goal of the course. An in-depth understanding of markets and competitors' moves from a strategic standpoint will be analyzed with examples to develop a strategic view of business development in students. The strategic approach will ultimately be included in the Strategic Business Plan as the final document of the Strategy Roadmap. "Thinking strategically" is the desired result of the module.

This module aims to provide participants with concepts and tools covering the basics of traditional PM and familiarizing students with the latest approaches to PM and operations. After attending the class and studying, students should be able to apply their knowledge in project and operations management, understand the importance of aligning project management practices with a company's strategy, critically examine project management information and data to make critical decisions and analyses, examine the types of transformation processes that occur within operations and define the roles and responsibilities of operations managers and the challenges they must face.

This module equips participants with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of modern marketing in a digitally driven world. It explores the evolution of marketing from traditional approaches to the current digital ecosystem, where the boundaries between disciplines have become fluid, and hybrid models of communication and content delivery dominate. The module provides a strategic approach to marketing, emphasizing its integration into broader business and marketing practices. Participants will learn to set measurable goals, create effective marketing strategies. Key areas of focus include customer journey mapping (CJ), creative frameworks for marketing content, interface and user experience design (UI/UX), and the role of data-driven decision-making. By the end of this module, participants will be equipped to approach marketing with a strategic, results-driven mindset. They will develop the skills needed to design impactful marketing initiatives, leverage emerging digital platforms, and create meaningful customer experiences. This module prepares future business leaders to effectively manage and lead marketing efforts in an ever-changing, technology-driven marketplace.

It will also provide an understanding of financial statements, budgets, forecasting techniques, purchasing decisions, and laws governing the management and dissemination of financial information. After attending the class and studying, students should be able to understand, analyze, and interpret budgets and perform forecasts, understand financial statements, understand and apply double-entry accounting, and make intelligent purchasing decisions. This module teaches students how to manage cash flow, reduce costs, improve profits, and increase investment returns. The budget is the basis of all business success. It helps with both planning and controlling the company's finances.

This module covers the future of business and the meaning and implications of disruptive innovation, with particular attention to new technologies, virtual reality, design thinking, and the impact of disruptive innovation. Students will explore the foundations of virtual reality, from hardware and history to various applications and challenges of the medium. The module will then focus on the concept of design thinking, which is a problem-solving method. Ideas developed through these processes are then applied to a customer discovery approach. Finally, students will examine the concept of disruptive innovation: innovation that creates a new market and value network, ultimately disrupting an existing market and value network and displacing market-leading firms, products, and alliances.
