Dejan Ćušić is a seasoned technology executive and business leader with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation and innovation across global enterprises. Having begun his career as a software engineer working on HP products, where he contributed to enterprise-grade data protection solutions and collaborated directly with Microsoft's engineering teams in Redmond, he pursued the MBA programme at Henley Management College, completing the full curriculum and earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, which complements his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business.
Throughout his career, Dejan has held senior leadership positions at prominent technology companies including Endava, where he served as SVP and Industry Vertical Lead for Travel, and Comtrade Digital Services, where he was Business Director for Ireland & UK and Board Member. In these roles, he successfully scaled multi-million euro operations, led cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, and guided C-level executives through complex technology decisions and digital transformation initiatives.
He is also an active participant in the startup ecosystem, engaging with emerging companies from investment, mentoring, and innovation perspectives, with a particular interest in AI-native ventures and transformative applications of artificial intelligence.
He has presented at numerous industry conferences including Quest4Quality, Dublin Tech Summit, Product Camp Dublin, Aviation Festival, and Tech Fire, among others, sharing insights on digital transformation, innovation, and the strategic application of emerging technologies.
