Ivana Višnjić has more than 15 years of experience in finance and controlling, during which she has worked closely with the IT sector to improve business performance and drive digital transformation. She previously held positions as an analyst at CA IB Corporate Finance (a member of the UniCredit Group), Financial Controller at AD Bambi, and Actuary at Generali Insurance Serbia. At Kappa Star Group, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Analytics at Jaffa Crvenka. She also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Bel Medic General Hospital and Polyclinic.
Since 2015, she has been the owner and a management consultant at VoooFIT Consulting, and since 2019 she has held the role of Senior Director at Egzakta Advisory.
Ivana is an associate member of the Serbian Actuarial Association and Vice President and Co-Founder of the CFO & Controlling Club. She is also a member of CIO Club Serbia (established in cooperation with International Data Corporation – IDC), Cotrugli Alumni Club Serbia, the Association of MBAs (AMBA), and SAM (Serbian Association of Managers).
Her professional interests include the implementation and development of information and communication technologies, including ERP, BI, and mobile systems. Her goal is to improve business processes, increase productivity and efficiency, and enable management to gain transparent insights for strategic decision-making. Over the past several years, she has led multiple IT strategy development projects.
Ivana Višnjić holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA) from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, Serbia. She completed the CA Controller Akademie® in Munich in cooperation with MCB – Management Center Belgrade, as well as the Executive MBA program at COTRUGLI Business School, accredited by the Association of MBAs. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, specializing in Quantitative Analysis (Actuarial Studies).
