Students will be invited to choose between two different options

  • Work on one of the 2 Business Challenges in line with the Industry, proposed by the Program Director
  • Work on your own Business Challenge, based on companies where students work

Online Learning Methodology

By adhering to the highest standards regarding the teaching methodology, the Master will be taught through interactive lectures, case study analyzes, exercises, discussions, role plays, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions presentation of students. Case studies will be used to generate discussions and illustrate business problems. Students will be encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, through which teachers implement a student-centered approach, involve students and provide activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired.

For this reason, we’ve created a didactic model which founds on 4 key elements:

  • Professors – Every lecture is created and delivered through an online CiscoWebex Platform. Professors have at their disposal discussion forums, chats, emails, whiteboards, audio and video sharing to communicate and work together. As a final step typically includes an exercise or assessment to measure the learning.
  • Live and Interactive – Instructional methods and techniques are used creatively to develop an engaging and motivating learning experience. Plus, every 3 months,  students work on a Business case and have a preliminary live session to discuss the key learning with the Program Director.
  • Practical – All the in-class activities and online learning methods, are further applied into practice through the different assessments, capstone project and in-class activities.
  • Self-Paced – Students are free to learn at their own pace and to define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and on the deadlines for projects assigned. The self-paced methods are applied with the pre-master courses which are pre-recorded and supported by presentations and exercises developed by every course Professor.

Life & Soft Skill Program

Soft skills are the “secret key” of a well-managed workplace and a progressive career path. With the Life & Soft Skills Program, we offer you the opportunity to develop the soft skills necessary for your personal and professional growth.

The Life Soft Skills Program is a path that will lead toward self-discovery, empowerment and reinvention. The program is practice-based consisting of 5 interactive courses, including self-assessment tests, roleplay and quizzes.

In detail the personal growth program is structured as follows: 10 hours in total for 5 interactive and self-reflective courses on soft skills (the certificate will be provided upon completion of the program):

Global Experience

  • Barcelona (Spain): “Bootcamp for Innovative Leaders” – In collaboration with EAE Business School
  • Rome (Italy): “Bootcamp for International Business Leaders” – At Rome Business School

In addition, only for online students, the bootcamp in Rome is included in the tuition fee!

Double Certification

Students who successfully complete the program will receive a double certification: Rome Business School’s diploma and an official certification by Universidad Internacional de Valencia (VIU), which provides 60 internationally recognized credits (60 ECTS).

MARSHALL LANGER – A native of Miami, Florida, Marshall received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has additionally taken extensive graduate coursework in counselling psychology at New York University. Marshall enjoyed a 12-year career in diverse business and finance sectors in the U.S. and Europe. He has worked on Wall Street on investment banking and risk arbitrage for firms like Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as well as in trading for BNP Paribas. He further worked in the areas of corporate management, marketing strategy, management consulting, and real estate. Marshall has also taught at New York University’s Stern School of Business, Fordham University, University of Connecticut, Luiss University, and The American University of Rome. Marshall authored UN agency FAO Course guide: Fundamentals of International Business Management, Rome, 2006 and co-author of Leveraged Buyouts, Rome, Kappa, 2012.

ROBERT SONNABEND – Robert Sonnabend comes from an international business background. A global marketing executive with a manufacturing background, he developed manufacturing and distribution channels in China and India, including factories in Tianjin, China and Bangalore, India, for mid-size computers and software. He has also worked with businesses in Japan, the UK, France and The Netherlands, as well as extensively throughout the US and the Americas.  He has worked as a Managing Director at Enhanced Training Technologies Crawley W Sussex, England, as Vice President and Director for International Relations at Charles River Data Systems, US as a Director of Operations for Inconix Cooperation, US etc.

DAVID POLLON –Professor David Pollonhas been teaching courses in Finance, Accounting and Economics since 2003.He currently teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate level at universities in Rome, Paris, Grenoble and Casablanca.Before entering the academic world, Professor Pollonmade his career in the international financial arena working for The Walt Disney Company (Milan).After serving as Finance Director at company headquarters in Los Angeles, he became Finance Director in the UK and then Italy, where he was in charge of all cinema, video and DVD financial operations, Finance Director for Universal Pictures and Buena Vista Home Entertainment in London and Burbank, California.

FRANCESCO AMENDOLA – Graduated with honors in Electronic Engineering at the University Roma Tre, received his MBA from Link CampusUniversity of Malta Currently working as Director of the ICT Department in ATAC, the largest local public transportation company in Italy, and one of the largest in Europe he has been CIO (Chief Information Officer IT Operations Manager for almost 10 years, in one of the biggest provider of  technological solutions for the worldwide gaming market His most relevant expertise is in IT Service Management IT Governance, where he is certified ITIL v 3 Foundation and Green Belt Six Sigma, as well as in IT Security Data Protection Lecturer at conferences and University courses, he is specialized not only in identifying innovative products and developing advanced technological solutions, aimed to reduce the TCO and to achieve a more efficient operations management, but also as in process reengineering activities to achieve Digital Transformation goals

ANTONIO SCIALLETTI – Antonio is a senior advisor to European Companies for internationalization to China/Asia and to Chinese State Owned  Enterprises ( for investments M&A JV for strategic acquisitions into Europe He has also deep experience in supporting the business development for extra EU markets, as well as monitoring industrial commercial Companies reporting to European headquarters He has a working experience as an Executive Director at GEA International, as a General Manager at William George Asia Ltd, as a Managing Director at William George Europe srl

The admission process is aimed to verify the candidate’s eligibility to attend the Master. The candidate’s academic history, previous experiences in the topics covered in the Master and motivation will be matters of the evaluation. Once it’s sent, the application will be evaluated by the Rome Business School’s academic committee. In order to ensure the application’s suitability, it is important to deliver all of the required documentation.

Scholarship and Tution

The tuition fee for this Master is 6.200 euros (VAT included) the payment of the participation fee is installable.

It can be paid:

  • in a single solution (this option grants the student a 10% discount on the overall amount of the tuition fee)
