Methodology: ” Circular Learning ” based on the EFMD Circle for Quality Assurance
By adhering to the highest standards regarding the teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master will be taught through interactive lectures, case study analyzes, exercises, discussions, role plays, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions presentation of students. Case studies will be used to generate discussions and illustrate business problems. Students will be encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, through which teachers implement a student-centered approach, involve students and provide activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired.

- PROGRAM DIRECTORS
STEFANO ORFEI – is a Project Management Professional (PMP®), Professional in Business Analysis(PMI-PBA®) and a member of the PMI® Rome Italy Chapter. He started his professional career in the field of marketing, and since1998 has been dealing with consultancy and managerial training. In the last 13 years, he was involved in training projects both in domestic and International environments. He was Project Manager in a large consulting organization (Telecom Italia Learning Services), and in charge of designing and delivering even complex training projects. Among his most successful projects were the planning and the managementof11 Learning Tours. These were study visits, for the benefit of top and middle management, especially focused on sharing best practices and ideas for innovation, for the customer care and the sales departments. Most of the visits were held to private companies based abroad (France, Spain, Tunisia, UK). While on a two-year assignment in Bucharest (Romania), he led an international team on two strategic projects (co-financed with the European Structural Funds) on Quality in Education. For the HR directors of a Tunisian telecom company, he also contributed to arrange and deliver a team-building session in Tunisia. Today, he is a lecturer on managerial topics such as project, risk, quality and change management as well as marketing. He can speak English and French.
RICCARDO ORFEI – made his long career in the ICT field, starting as a system engineer (1974). Later (1987) he was appointed technical area manager and finally project manager, leading small to large size projects. In 1999, he gained his PMI® (Project Management Institute)PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification, and is currently member of the PMI® and of the Rome Italy Chapter. He teaches Project Management, has a degree in Education Sciences and is a member of the AIF (Associazione Italiana Formatori – Italian Educators Association) where he is involved in the “Professionals Educating Professionals” community of practice. Speaks English and Spanish.
Eros Manzo – Senior Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience in planning, management, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of large scale international development projects, well familiar with EU Instrument Pre-Acquis (IPA); European Development Fund (EDF); Procedures relating to the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instruments (ENPI). Area of expertise is Business Development supporting government institutions in the implementation of development programs by providing them with technical assistance and scientific and analytical equipment, with a focus on consulting services for participation in international tenders and tenders (EuropeAid and World Bank). He is currently senior project manager at AGROTEC SpA.
Francesco Landolfi- has matured his entire professional career developing and managing innovative and high tech projects in two main sectors, Information Technology and Healthcare, Francesco has held various managerial positions in Sales Marketing in multinational companies such as Microsoft, IBM Baxter He has managed as Managing / Senior Director of innovative entrepreneurial projects for start ups and small businesses (Net for Care Privatassistenza Telbios Today he is Senior Partner of Arventia Capital, a private equity and venture capital investment company Francesco holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Degree cum Laude in Economics at the LUISS University.
Antonio Scialetti – Antonio is senior advisor to European companies for internationalization in China / Asia and to Chinese state-owned enterprises (for M&A JV investments for strategic acquisitions in Europe. He also has extensive experience in supporting business development for non-EU markets. , as well as in industrial monitoring Commercial companies headed by the European office Has a working experience as Executive Director at GEA International, as General Manager at William George Asia Ltd, as Chief Executive Officer at William George Europe srl
Raffaele Mannella – Co founder, CEO, Project Manager at Comtaste S rl Graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce, specialized in International Marketing and Commerce, certified Project Management Professional, has twenty years of experience in project management and operations related to business software applications and professional services Chief Executive Officer and partner of Comtaste.
Sara Caprasecca – Consultant in Marketing and Digital Communication, Project Manager and Digital Strategist. He has worked for: Deliradio.it, Gecko Way SRL, Beelnclusion.com, Pop Up live Sessions, MM Line Production records, Perilcane.it and Vikschool. Graduated in “Italian literature and mass media communication”, after a long experience in a logistics company (2008-2013). She worked for the first Roman web radio as a digital press officer, thus starting a freelance activity as a manager of social pages, and a specialist in the digital presence of different companies (music academies, channels related to the production of music videos, online travel agencies , e-commerce, etc.). She specializes in Digital Transformation for SMEs.
Robert Sonnabend – Robert Sonnabend comes from an international business background. A global marketing executive with manufacturing experience, he has developed manufacturing and distribution channels in China and India, including factories in Tianjin, China and Bangalore, India, for mid-sized computers and software.
Costas Piliounis – He started his career in the food industry in R&D and later in manufacturing. From 1987 to 2017, he worked in Novo Nordisk where he held various leadership positions as Head of Middle East & Africa, Head of Marketing and Business Development in International Operations. In 2017 he founded PNValue, an investment and consulting firm. Through PNValue it invests in startups with a focus on eHealth.
Fabio Rebecchi – Entrepreneur with 25 years experience in the ICT industry, with a special focus on data, AI, industrial research and project management. Fabio is currently an Open Group Invited Expert at the Data Scientist Profession Working Group, engaged in defining the Data Science Body of Knowledge, as well as a Board Member for the Data Scientist submissions and a Master Certified Data Scientist. Fabio is also CEO and owner of Accademia Domani, a MOOC scale up, and an international startup advisor and investor, co-founder of ScaleFoundry, an Amsterdam based startup accelerator. Fabio is also an agile practitioner, and an Expert Scrum Master and Product Owner Certified.
