The Online format of Rome Business School’s Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation is structured to provide participants with a though preparation for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation sector and crucial aspects of other related fields, starting with a wide overview of the broader management world and then proceeding to analyze all the specific subjects and aspects of Entrepreneurship and Management, as well as providing an in-depth insight into Innovative and responsible Leadership, its trends and best practices, as well as how they can be effectively applied to the current Industry of Innovation.

Captstone Project:
At the end of the path, a group project is envisaged that aims to develop a plan to solve a problem of an existing or fictitious company. All teams are led from the initial phase of the project. Upon completion of the Capstone project, students will be able to:

Methodology: ” Circular Learning ” based on the EFMD Circle for Quality Assurance
By adhering to the highest standards regarding the teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master will be taught through interactive lectures, case study analyzes, exercises, discussions, role plays, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions presentation of students. Case studies will be used to generate discussions and illustrate business problems. Students will be encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, through which teachers implement a student-centered approach, involve students and provide activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired.


Soft Skill Program
Soft skills are the “secret key” of a well managed workplace and a progressive career path. With the Soft Skills Program, we offer you the opportunity to develop the soft skills necessary for your personal and professional growth.

Andrea Geremicca – Andrea Geremicca is director of the European Institute for Innovation and Sustainability (EIIS) and adjunct professor at LUISS. He attended Harvard Business School Executive in 2018 studying innovation in large corporations and / or organizations. In 2016 he attended Singularity University at NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley, exploring the impacts of emerging technologies on our society. Andrea is director of the Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the Rome Business School, advisor and angel investor of several international startups.
PROFESSORS
FRANCESCO LANDOLFI – has matured his entire professional career by developing and managing innovative and high-tech projects in two main sectors: Information Technology and Healthcare Francesco has held various Sales & Marketing managerial positions in multinationals such as Microsoft, IBM, Baxter. Today he is Senior Partner of Arventia Capital, a company that deals with investments in private equity and venture capital.
Antonio Scialetti – Antonio is senior advisor to European companies for internationalization in China / Asia and to Chinese state-owned enterprises (for M&A JV investments for strategic acquisitions in Europe. He also has extensive experience in supporting business development for non-EU markets. , as well as in industrial monitoring Commercial companies headed by the European office Has a working experience as Executive Director at GEA International, as General Manager at William George Asia Ltd, as Chief Executive Officer at William George Europe srl
Antonio Ragusa- is the founder and Dean of the Rome Business School. Graduated with honors in law and qualified as a lawyer, he holds a Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College Business School in London, further specializing in marketing and communication at the London School of Economics. He has taught managerial disciplines in many universities and research centers. He has many years of managerial experience in international companies such as Enel and Trenitalia. He is the author of publications on issues related to organizational communication, marketing and human resource management. Among his awards and acknowledgments: New York Award 2018 and Emilio Castelar Award 2019 for his commitment to education at an international level.
Melania Mecenate – Co-Founder & Executive Partner, Head of Research & Development at Disclose Srl. Italian and bilingual Neuro Coach and business and leadership mentor, organization consultant, emotional intelligence assessor and teacher. Over 20 years of experience in project management and consulting in multinational companies and agencies such as IBM, WFP, FAO and Pharma Companies. Lives in France, UK and Italy, works all over the world
Raffaele Mannella – Co founder, CEO, Project Manager at Comtaste S rl and certified Project Management Professional, has 20 years of experience in managing projects and operations related to business software applications and professional services Chief Executive Officer and partner of Comtaste a company dedicated to the enhancement del user experience of business software application specialties Analysis, strategy and management of corporate web apps and responsive websites Web marketing Project Management (both traditional and agile approach, including Scrum).
COSTAS PILIOUNIS – He started his career in the food industry in R&D and later in manufacturing. From 1987 to 2017, he worked in Novo Nordisk where he held various leadership positions as Head of Middle East & Africa, Head of Marketing and Business Development in International Operations. In 2017 he founded PNValue, an investment and consulting firm. Through PNValue it invests in startups with a focus on eHealth.
EUGENIO LA MESA: Eugenio has been working for over 20 years in the online marketing and social business sector, dealing with the development of international business and sales. He is co-author of the volume Selling and Buying with Intenet (How to buy and sell on the Internet, Sperling & Kupfer). It was awarded by Microsoft Italy for the best innovative solution on the Internet. He has been a volunteer at Cure3Children since 2008. Cure2Children is a foundation that helps children in developing countries affected by cancer or other blood diseases. He is Head of Web Marketing and in 2009 he was appointed CEO (voluntary), in the same year he introduced the Social Business Strategies. In 2010 he founded Cure Thalassemia.

The admission process is aimed to verify the candidate’s eligibility to attend the Master. The candidate’s academic history, previous experiences in the topics covered in the Master and motivation will be matters of the evaluation. Once it’s sent, the application will be evaluated by the Rome Business School’s academic committee.
